Costs x 15 years
Our impact statements detail the appalling anxiety, stress and great misery that we have suffered for 15 years at the hands of Shropshire Wildlife Trust and Natural England.
The wickedness that Shropshire Wildlife Trust and Natural England have visited upon us will have lasting impact, we will not recover from this evil.
We continue to be denied use and benefit of the property. These are the costs that we have incurred over the years, due to the deliberate and continued obstruction to our legal right of way:
The property could have been sold many times over and the monies invested elsewhere.
For example, we viewed a detached property in Bristol (Coombe Dingle) in 2010 which could have been purchased for £235,000, this same property recently sold in excess of £600,000!
No maintenance of the property for 15 years, burst water pipes in 2011 have still not been repaired.
Broken windows caused by vandals still cannot be replaced.
Thousands of pounds spent on solicitors and a barrister.
Hundreds of pounds spent on registering the right of way with HM Land Registry, dealing with Shropshire Wildlife Trust’s objection to the application.
Have had to rent holiday cottages, as it is unsafe to stay at the property, as no emergency services can attend!
Council Tax
Household nsurance
Utility bills
Substantial loss of income.
Interference in our business interests.
The constant stress, worry and misery has affected our lives and our well being, it has led to irreparable damage to our health.
We have a Prescriptive Right of Way with vehicles and at all times registered with HM Land Registry on 27th September 2022, due to the deterioration of the site, we cannot drive to the property, Shropshire Wildlife Trust have refused to put in a two tyre vehicular track.
At one point Shropshire Wildlife Trust agreed to this only to rescind it without any reason given, they have also stopped us from doing the same.
Words cannot adequately describe all that we have lost over last 15 years, ours lives would have been very very different but for Shropshire Wildlife Trust and Natural England’s actions!
