This
is a summary of the shameful 16 year struggle that my son and I have
suffered at the hands of the charity Shropshire Wildlife
Trust.
Their deliberate and ongoing obstruction to my
Prescriptive Right of Way has caused us endless trauma, misery and
great financial distress.
The following links demonstrate just some of what my son and I have endured over the last 16 years.
Shropshire Wildlife Trust stipulated statutory declarations of unrestricted vehicular use of over 20 years without force, secrecy or permission as necessary to reinstate the access the property, this and other evidence confirming unrestricted vehicular access of over 40 years was submitted on 27th May 2015.
Shropshire Wildlife Trust ignored
the evidence, reneged and refused to reinstate the access.
The
track has been allowed to fall into complete disrepair due to
Shropshire Wildlife Trust's lack of actions and their refusal to
let us put in a two tyre track as they originally agreed, the route
is impassable to vehicles.
It is too arduous and too
dangerous for me (Judith) to walk via this route.
The
following links demonstrate just some of what my son and I have
endured over the last 16 years.
